Only 5 ingredients, one pot, and less than 30 minutes to make these perfectly fluffy Savory Steel Cut Oats. A great addition for your meal prep rotation or a new side dish to try out with dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 1/3 cups vegetable stock or water
  • .5 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a non-stick 2 Qt. lidded pot and cover.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  • Turn off heat. Let rest covered to 10 min then fluff with a fork.
