Combine raw walnuts, GF flour, vegan butter, maple syrup, and coconut sugar in a food processor until fine crumble forms. Press into pan and bake then set aside.

Vegan Caramel Sauce
Bring coconut cream, maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to a boil then reduce to a simmer until thick enough to coat a spoon or spatula.
In a saucepan combine coconut sugar, coconut cream, coconut oil, chocolate chips, and water. Bring to a boil then turn to medium low and simmer for 3 minutes.
Chocolate Fudge
Remove chocolate fudge sauce from heat then add vanilla extract, salt, and walnuts. Whisk mixture until well combined and walnuts are coated.
Chocolate Fudge
Pour vegan caramel sauce overtop the baked crust. Let the caramel and crust layer set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Caramel Layer
Once caramel layer sets, pour warm chocolate walnut fudge overtop. Let cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight.
Walnut Fudge Layer
Once walnut fudge bars have chilled, remove from pan. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut into bars and then enjoy!
