Gather ingredients: cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, water, fresh lemon juice, parsley, and pasta.

Step One

In a high speed blender combine water, nutritional yeast, and fresh lemon juice.

Step Two

Add raw soaked cashews and blend for 4-5 minutes until it's a creamy, frothy consistency.

Step Three

Meanwhile, boil the pasta of your choosing. Linguine makes for a great alfredo noodle, really holds the sauce.

Step Four

Heat olive oil and saute garlic in the skillet then add the blended cashew cream. Add pasta and stir to combine.

Step Five

Once pasta and alfredo is fully combined, garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
