SWEET 

POTATO

GRATIN

Layer thin sliced rounds of sweet potato and yukon gold potato in a greased baking dish.

Step One

Sprinkle salt and pepper between layers, alternating between sweet and yukon gold potatoes until all rounds are used. 

Step Two

Pour the garlic and thyme infused cream overtop the layers. 

Step Three

Evenly distribute the cream overtop the sweet potato au gratin and then cook at 375 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Step Four

Optional: crumble potato crisps overtop the cooked sweet potato gratin and then return it to the oven at 400 F for five minutes.

Step Five

Enjoy this easy sweet potato gratin as the perfect addition to any weeknight meal!
