Process gluten free graham crackers, maple syrup, and coconut oil until crumble forms. Press into pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, set aside.
Make the Crust
While crust bakes, add almond butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, water, vanilla extract, and salt in saucepan. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 3 minutes.
Make the Caramel
Once crust is done baking, pour warm vegan caramel sauce overtop. Spread the caramel evenly across the crust.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows overtop the vegan caramel layer.

Bake the s'mores caramel bars at 350 for 15 minutes until marshmallows are slightly browning on top.
Time to Bake
Remove the bars from the oven and let cool completely. Then slice into 16 bars and enjoy!
